Wednesday, 23rd March

Time: 3.30pm

Place: One of the Engine school LTs (TBC)

(training will resume after that, 6pm to 9:30pm)

Our teammate, Zafirah, will be competing for SIJORI

for her semi-finals tonight, 19th March, 8pm at PERSISI.

And also, Hidayah, will be competing for the Taekwondo IVP

for her finals, tomorrow, 20th March at NTU.

For the rest,

Please take good care of yourselves, until this competition is over.

If you have injuries, please dont be stubborn. ICE THEM.

Invest in guards, if you think you need them.

Those who need to lose/gain weight, please watch your weights.
