Bring along your silat uniform together with the bengkong. Please be informed also that participants are required to bring individual ball guards/protectors.

The bus will go off around 9am SHARP. So please BE EARLY. Seriously.
I really hope all this trainings that we had will benefit us and this shall be the last friendly before the actual competition.
