First of all, i want to apologise because no training was conducted during the term break due to the fact of heavy rainfalls and also christmas eve and christmas which meant that the school grounds are closed for any trainings.

but i do want to make this clear that training will resume on the 7th of January 2008. Please do come down for training as we will need to train for TP's upcoming open house which is mostly likely to be held on the 10th of January 2008. It would be good to have all the club members to come down and participate in our 10 minute performance. Overall in charge for this event would be Syahrul, our Project IC.

More interestingly, cca points will be given.

As for our SP Friendly..it will be postponed to a later date. Safwan will update us on that...

Other issues i would like to cover is that, the Tertiary Silat Committee would like representatives from our side to come down to Taman Warisan (likely) this 5th January for the first meeting of 2008. They will cover issues on:

Time 2pm to 4pm

1) TSC direction for 2008

2) Sub committee presentation
- Research
TSC needs 2 names to assist in this research.
TSC will begin research into the relevant aspects of Pencak Silat ie
a) Beladiri
b) Seni
c) Kebatinan
d) Olahraga

- Welfare
Each club to send in one representative to Fadzillah.

- Cultural Affairs
TSC will also form a combined schools Adat-Istiadat Team which in the end will assist
in kesenian activities and help out for the IVP '08. This Adat-Istiadat Team is akin to the
ceremonial Guard-of-Honour of parades and functions.

A group of seniors have agreed to set up a website called the School Silat Network for
Singapore. The website is at http://www.ssnsg.com/

We need to nominate our rep for this website who should be our webmaster. The
website will provide a page to showcase our club and provide links to our website. So i think
the best would be Sharudin since you are the Publicity IC.

There will be training during term break...

please make ur presence be made known ...so tat we will have a fruitful training together-gether...

anyway we got a cert from the Tertiary Silat Clubs....

woOoOotz....and it was an eye-opening experience ..something we all should have come ...

1. Paman Iskandar Muda Abdul Jalil Bin Haji Rais... my beloved guru...surprise2,...he taught us on wat a leader should have....

2. Encik Azrin ...he touched on conflict management .. and yeah he's cool....

3. Encik Subari ... the financial guy ...taught us how to raise funds through project financing ...

4. Encik Johari Mokti - Safwan's dad..he presented to us the Johari Model... cool lah sia...

5. Abg Zulkairnan - wasit...the topic was 'how to attract the non-malays into silat?'

6. Dr. Saiful - vice chairman of TSC and surgeon...

Guest speaker was surprisingly - Imran of Singapore Silat Team.... woOoots...!!

and tat day was everything about SILATURRAHIM !!!!
